Swaranjali Thorat has over 12 years of experience in the development sector, with a strong commitment to improving the lives of children, women, and underserved communities. Her expertise includes mentoring and capacity building of grassroots NGOs, as well as monitoring and strengthening community-based programmes.

Swaranjali holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai. Prior to joining the organization, she worked with ChildFund India, where she closely supported and monitored organizations hailing from the urban resettlement colonies of Delhi through their Gender Resource Center Program.
