
Mansi is a psychologist with a strong passion for advancing mental health beyond individual care, with a focus on building preventive and community-based approaches that create meaningful, system-level impact. Her journey began during her Master’s in Psychology, where early clinical exposure shaped her perspective on the importance of accessible and sustainable mental health support.
She brings with her rich and diverse experience. Mansi spent three years with Save the Children (Bal Raksha Bharat), where she worked as a PSS Counsellor, Master Trainer, and Project Coordinator. During this time, she worked closely with communities, led large-scale programs, and contributed to humanitarian response efforts. Most recently, she was associated with Curelink as a Senior Psychologist, where she led multi-state mental health initiatives, combining therapy, team leadership, and technology-enabled program development to expand access to care.
Mansi is deeply driven by the opportunity to create spaces where mental health support is accessible, relevant, and sustainable. She is excited to contribute her experience while continuing to learn and grow with the team. On a personal note, Mansi describes herself as calm and grounded. She is married and enjoys spending time in nature, finding creative expression through painting, which helps her stay balanced and connected
