Jitendra brings around 12 years of rich experience in the social sector with a strong understanding of programs and systems that impact children, families, and young people. His areas of experience span child protection, family strengthening, sustainable livelihoods, skill development, aftercare, capacity-building, program management, and stakeholder coordination.

Holding a Master of Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) with a specialization in Criminology and Justice, Jitendra has worked closely with government systems, civil society organizations, communities, and diverse stakeholders to strengthen programs and create meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Jitendra finds joy in sketching and painting, financial analysis, and music. He values family, enjoys the simple things in life, and believes in maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.
