Jayesh has a strong background in social work rooted in Gandhian values, with extensive experience working with tribal and disaster-affected communities. He brings nearly three decades of experience with national and international organizations, with expertise in natural resource management, microfinance, community empowerment, institution building and strengthening, water and sanitation, child rights, and child protection. He is also a certified trainer with the Ministry of Rural Development and remains deeply committed to supporting socially disadvantaged groups.

His work across government systems and community initiatives reflects a sensitive, inclusive, and thoughtful approach to development. Jayesh is passionate about mentoring young leaders and enjoys travelling and singing at community prayer gatherings.
