Hanamant holds a Master’s in Social Work from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore. His work spans child rights, child protection, ECCE, education, and humanitarian response, with experience in program management, capacity building, and advocacy. He has worked closely with partners and stakeholders at the district and state levels to strengthen systems for children and communities.

Beyond work, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and expressing himself through cooking and singing songs that raise social awareness.
