Aruna joins Miracle Foundation India with 20 years of experience in managing Socio-Economic Development Projects and Programs in India. She holds a degree in Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development. Aruna is a professional trainer who can identify and assess formal and informal training needs at a community, stakeholder and NGO level. In her previous experience, Aruna has worked with fund-based organizations like UNICEF, Danida, Concern India Foundation, CRY and many more.

Aruna believes in the holistic development of children so as to sustain their rights towards universal access through advocacy and grassroots intervention.

She is a part of many child rights networking groups and regularly engages with community stakeholders. Aruna is an effective team player who, in her free time, loves to cook as well indulge in some art.
