His extensive experience includes designing and implementing rights-based initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships.

Valavan has successfully managed numerous programs with both national and international organizations, spearheading strategic efforts and impactful collaborations for children’s welfare. Outside of his professional work, Valavan is passionate about travel, which allows him to engage with new people, diverse landscapes, and various cultures through their cuisine. He also enjoys reading books on history, anthropology, and society. Cooking, spending time with his family, and traveling with them helps to rejuvenate his spirit.
