Calling for social development has taken him from his birthplace of Varanasi to the islands of the Andaman, the historical state of Uttar Pradesh, the land of monasteries – Bihar, Maharashtra, and finally to the capital of India – New Delhi. As part of his professional assignments, He likes to visit different parts of India and meet with varied groups of people – unheard and unnoticed.

He carries a map in his heart and once in a while disappears to a place which features in no atlas. A thousand bones be broken but his friendship with his bike is sealed for a lifetime. Photography is his hobby and in his journey from one space to another, he tries to capture the snapshots of life – stories of pain and joy and the spirit of living life. It awakens his soul and helps him to start again with hope.
