Sushil has demonstrated strong skills in community engagement and networking, building valuable connections and leading impactful initiatives. His deep understanding of child protection and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (JJ Act) principles strengthens his ability to advance child protection efforts and enhance impact.

Beyond work, he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
