Sandip grew up in Amani village in Yavatmal district, Maharashtra, in a farming family, giving him a close understanding of rural life and its challenges. These early experiences shaped his commitment to working with communities and supporting those in need, and over the years, he has remained dedicated to community development and strengthening local support systems.

Outside of work, Sandip enjoys cricket, reading, fitness, music, and travelling, and also expresses his creativity through writing and singing songs.
