Lawrence’s journey spans education and the development sector, from teaching at an international school to serving as a District Childline Coordinator. These experiences strengthened his commitment to supporting child-focused interventions, engaging with families and communities, building partnerships with the government through district-level committees, and improving care systems.

He holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Philosophy, an MBA (HR) and a diploma in Graphic Design. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new places, capturing moments, playing the keyboard, composing songs, and playing cricket on Sundays.
