Amar brings valuable experience from the development sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Rural Management from Visva Bharati and is deeply committed to empowering rural communities. Through strong community engagement and effective networking, Amar has built meaningful partnerships and contributed to initiatives that create positive change for children and families in Jharkhand. Outside of work, Amar enjoys painting, striking up conversations with new people, and spending quiet moments alone in nature.
