Arghya is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of work experience in the corporate and development sector. He is deeply committed to child rights and has worked with well-known grassroots and international organizations, including Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society, CHILDLINE India Foundation, CRY, Plan International and UNICEF.
He led national initiatives in Corporate Philanthropy with Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI). He integrated different thematic areas in a focused geography to scale and sustain impact.
Arghya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan and a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from ITM Warangal. He is also pursuing an accelerated Management Program (AMP) at UCLA.
When not working, Arghya enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cooking and exploring new places.
