In her present role as Director – Program Design and Development, Richa leads the strategy forte at Miracle Foundation India. She is responsible to steer the strategic evolution, focus, planning, initiatives of the organisation both for new programs as well as the ongoing programs. With a stint of seven years with the organisation, in the past, Richa has lead Miracle India’s partnership program with UNICEF and State Government in four states on family based alternative care. She has been instrumental in conceptualizing, laying the foundation of various programs at Miracle India.
An M.Phil in Planning & Development from IIT Mumbai and an Atlas Corps Fellow from the Grameen Foundation in Washington, DC, Richa has been in the development sector for the past 16 years and has extensive research experience. Richa has been actively involved in carrying out research projects, due diligence, needs assessments, evaluation and impact assessments with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), NIIT Foundation, Delhi School of Social Work and others. She has worked as visiting faculty with Business Schools in Delhi NCR and a Master Trainer with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.
