Kapil Sharma holds a Post Graduation in Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor’s in arts (BA) and has 11 years of experience in CSR-funded projects including Skill development projects funded by the Ministry of Rural Development and State Government.

He has been part of CSR projects in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Gujrat, and Maharashtra.

His major area of work includes Project monitoring and coordination, Team management, Report writing, Capacity building, Training need Assessments, Skill Gap Analysis, Stakeholder management, Government liaison, Project Implementation, and HR Functioning.

In his free time, he likes to listen to music, read newspapers, and play chess.
