Vishnu brings over 13 years of experience in program management, capacity-building, and stakeholder engagement in the social sector. Currently, at Miracle Foundation India, he ensures the effective implementation of child protection initiatives, community mobilization, and family strengthening programs. A certified Master Trainer in Juvenile Justice and POCSO Acts, and with a vast experience in the child protection domain, he has led impactful programs, and training and mentoring sessions for government officials and grassroots organizations.

With expertise in program administration, curriculum design, and stakeholder networking, Vishnu has successfully driven initiatives for CHILDLINE 1098 services, UNICEF program, expedited case management and family strengthening. An alumnus of Banaras Hindu University with a Master’s in Social Work, he combines academic rigor with hands-on experience.

Beyond his professional achievements, Vishnu is an accomplished Hindi poet with published works, reflecting his creative and empathetic approach to life.
