With a stint of eleven years at Miracle Foundation India, Richa leads the vertical of Program Design & Development in the organization, steering the domains of program design, curriculum development, training and quality assurance, and thought leadership in the organization. Richa has extensive experience in the realm of program design and development, capacity-building, research and publications.

An M.Phil. in Planning & Development from IIT Bombay, and an Atlas Corps Fellow from the Grameen Foundation in Washington, D.C., Richa has been in the development sector for the past 20 years. She was actively involved in carrying out research projects, due diligence, needs-assessments, evaluation and impact assessments, strategic planning and program design with Business & Community Foundation, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), NIIT Foundation, Delhi School of Social Work and others. She has served as visiting faculty with Business Schools in Delhi-NCR and as a Master Trainer with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.
