A postgraduate in psychology from Delhi University, as well as a postgraduate diploma in child rights law from National Law University. Reetu has ten years of experience working in the development sector in India, and she is experienced in child protection, early childhood development, women’s empowerment, and the rights of children. She worked with the State Council of Education, Research and Training (S.C.E.R.T) as an expert for developing curriculum and designing training.

As a Lead- Training & Quality Assurance, she oversees the Training and Quality Assurance under Programme vertical at Miracle Foundation and is responsible to effectively lead national and state level trainers, influence, lead strategic training and development initiatives across the organization, focusing on a consistent and superior learning experience that result in improved program quality.

She has invested in raising people’s skills and knowledge in a range of sectors because she firmly believes in the ability of group engagement to affect social change.
