
Neepa is a seasoned social development professional with over 23 years of experience across child protection, mental health, women’s rights, health, and governance, working with CSR initiatives, national and international NGOs, and grassroots organizations. She brings strong expertise in strategic leadership, program and financial management, government engagement, and multi-stakeholder coordination, with a proven commitment to advancing child rights and strengthening community-based systems.
She has led multi-state programs in close collaboration with government departments and community stakeholders, combining deep field experience with evidence-driven approaches to deliver sustainable social impact.
Outside of work, Neepa enjoys travelling, photography, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mother, and her son is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
