We, at Miracle Foundation India, were pleased to host the National Family Summit 2025 on February 13-14 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Over two days, the first-ever edition of the National Family Summit brought together government leaders, child protection experts, practitioners, funders and youth champions to advance the conversation on family-based care and child protection. The discussions were insightful, the energy was inspiring, and together, we took another step toward ensuring that every child grows up in a safe, loving, and nurturing family environment.

At the summit, we heard from national and global experts, including government officials, social workers, researchers and youth champions, who shared best practices and solutions for keeping children within families. The summit facilitated critical conversations on family strengthening, alternative care and the role of cross-sector partnerships in child protection. The active participation throughout the event demonstrated the growing commitment to family-based care as the foundation of child protection.
