Miracle Foundation Ambassador and long-time volunteer Shelley Seale announces the publication release of her book!The Weight of Silence: Invisible Children of India tells the inspiring stories of Caroline Boudreaux, the children of the Miracle Foundation, Shelley’s own journeys to our orphanages – and beyond, throughout India where she met dozens of other children living on the streets or in orphanages, trafficked or abused.

Shelley was inspired to write the book after her first Miracle Foundation volunteer trip to India, in March 2005. Her purpose was to give these “invisible” children a voice, so that their stories could be heard and the world would take notice of them.
