The eighth edition of the Leadership Dialogues, held on November 27, 2025, in collaboration with the India Alternative Care Network, focused on the theme, ‘Economic Resilience for Families.’ The dialogue explored how livelihoods, financial inclusion, and social protection can strengthen families and prevent child separation driven by poverty.
The discussion highlighted practical pathways by showcasing policies, programmes, and innovations that strengthen household economic resilience. It also emphasised collaboration among government, civil society, communities, and youth to co-create scalable solutions that empower caregivers and strengthen families sustainably.
The panel, moderated by Ms. Pooja Kandula, Senior Manager, British Asian Trust, featured esteemed speakers – Ms. Shahida, Craft Women Producer Company Limited, Mr. Bishnu Charan Parida, Chief Operating Officer, Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society and Mr. Siddharth Kumar, Secretary and Head of Programmes, Samagra Shikshan Evam Vikash Sansthan.
