Youth Are Not the Future. They Are the Now.

At Miracle Foundation India, we believe youth are rewriting their own futures and, in doing so, opening doors for many others like them. Their voices are not just important; they are essential to shaping our mission.

This month, we celebrate T. Anitha from Telangana, who joined our Youth Ambassadors Program in 2024. Growing up in a family that struggled to make ends meet, Anitha was placed in a CCI at 13. It was there she found guidance and opportunities to grow. Today, she is pursuing her Master’s in Social Work and stepping forward as a Youth Ambassador, determined to champion education, empowerment, and the right of every child to grow up in a family. Her journey from vulnerability to leadership is a reminder that when youth are given space, care, and belief, they become powerful advocates for change.

On July 3 and 4, 2025, 8 Youth Ambassadors came together for a dynamic, youth-led strategy session. Care-experienced young people from different organizations and communities collaborated, reflected, and envisioned what it takes to keep children safe in families. Their insights will directly shape Miracle Foundation India’s youth program and future strategy.

As we marked International Youth Day on August 12, 2025, we celebrated these young leaders whose resilience and determination inspire us all. Their leadership reminds us that transformation is never top-down. It is driven by those who have lived it and who now stand ready to lead the way.
