Farah & Shreeya Believe In Miracles!

The best way to find yourself is it lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Inspired by The Miracle Foundation, Farah Fadel and Shreeya Srinivasan, juniors at Andover High School, started the I Believe in Miracles project. With the help of their peers at Andover High, the girls set out to raise awareness about the many hardships faced by orphans in India today. Through a series of events and presentations, Farah and Shreeya raised funds to benefit The Miracle Foundation.

Presentations were conducted at various schools in Bloomfield Hills, MI, and students from 48 neighboring schools participated in an Indian Cultural show as well.  Farah and Shreeya worked tirelessly to organize this event, and even sold wristbands to people who wished to attend this fun filled event.  The evening was filled with dancing, modeling, singing, students playing musical instruments, and so much more! As Farah and Shreeya looked out into the audience from backstage, they noticed 200 smiling faces, enjoying a show for a good cause.  A show with a purpose!

Farah and Shreeya raised $1800 for The Miracle Foundation!

To Farah, Shreeya, the students and faculty at Andover High School, the members of Oakland County, and all of our new friends in Michigan, we hope you know that your generosity and willingness to help those less fortunate is inspiring and heartwarming.

Thank you for coming along with us on this journey as we work together to achieve our mission to empower all orphans and orphanages to reach their full potential!
