The sixth edition of the Leadership Dialogues, held on July 31, 2025, in collaboration with India Alternative Care Network, was centered on the theme, ‘Family Strengthening at the Last Mile.’ The session highlighted the need for collaboration across government, civil society, and local self-governance, with special focus on Gram Panchayat and communities, to ensure families are strengthened and supported, enabling services to reach those who need them most.

The panel featured Mr. Pramod Kumar Mishra, District Panchayat Officer, Bolangir, Odisha; Mr. Lokanath Misra, Member Secretary, ARUNA, Odisha; and Mr. Puneet Kumar Mishra, Deputy Director, Department of Women and Child Development (DWCD), Uttar Pradesh.
