Rajeev Kathuria has over 25 years of experience in finance, operations and manufacturing in the semiconductor industry including international experience in the United States, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India. Rajeev is currently the Vice President, Operations Finance at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, the fastest growing semiconductor foundry. Previously, Rajeev was the Chief Procurement Officer for Spansion, a leading flash memory manufacturer. Rajeev also held a diverse role in finance where he helped drive operational efficiencies, restructuring the company, and drove strategic mergers and divestitures. Prior to Spansion, Rajeev held several positions with Freescale Semiconductor, a spinoff from Motorola.

Rajeev holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from AB Freeman School of Business, Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
