Daniel Marsili is Chief Human Resources Officer at Colgate-Palmolive Company, a New York based leading global consumer products company, focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition with operations in over 200 countries and more than 30,000 employees worldwide. He has been with Colgate for more than 25 years.

Daniel first traveled to India through his corporate work and was immediately drawn to the rich and vibrant culture. He learned of Miracle Foundation’s work in 2005 and traveled to India with Miracle Foundation’s Ambassador Program to see the organization’s work firsthand. His passion for Miracle Foundation’s mission and the children it benefits grows exponentially each year he is involved.

Daniel is a cum laude graduate of University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and holds a JD from Loyola University, New Orleans. Daniel lives with his family, including twin girls, in New York City.
