
Atanu is an accomplished development professional with well-crafted experience of working with non-profit organizations, private sector partners, and government bodies. He possesses expertise in program planning, implementation, training and capacity building, monitoring, evaluation, and partnership management. He has thirteen years of first-hand experience in training need assessment, developing training modules and capacity building frameworks, organizing national, state, and district level training and workshops, and conducting a post-training impact assessment for different stakeholders. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of social issues related to public health, livelihood, child development, women empowerment, and watershed management.
Atanu holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, and Health Science in Public Health (MHScPH) from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu.
