- The Board of Directors and the Chief Functionary (India Country Head) are not members of the Board of Miracle Foundation USA.
- None of the Board of Directors or the Chief Functionary are employees of the foreign donor.
- The foreign donor is not the Chief Functionary of Miracle Foundation India.
- Miracle Foundation India’s Board members who are related to Miracle Foundation USA comprise less than 51% of the Board.
